How do I get started?
Sign up for a 14-day free trial with full Pro access - no credit card required. After the trial, choose Plus (₱279/mo) or Pro (₱449/mo) to continue.
What is Cloud Sync?
Cloud sync backs up your data to our servers so you can access it from any device. Your players, courts, and session history are always available whether you're on your phone, tablet, or laptop.
What do I get during the 14-day trial?
Everything! Full Pro access with unlimited courts, players, cloud sync, email notifications, and all features. Experience the full app before you decide.
What happens after my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to subscribe to Plus or Pro to continue. Your data stays safe in the cloud - just subscribe when you're ready and pick up right where you left off.
What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus (₱279/mo) gives you all the core features: unlimited courts & players, public events with payments, cloud sync, and smart fee splitting. Pro (₱449/mo) adds email notifications to players, daily registration summaries, advanced analytics, and priority support.
Can our club split the subscription?
Absolutely! At ₱279/month for Plus, a group of 20 players pays just ₱13 each - less than one shuttlecock. Your organizer subscribes, and the whole group benefits.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your data is backed up to the cloud - just log in on a new device and all your data is there.
Can I use it for pickleball?
Absolutely. QSENPAI supports both badminton and pickleball with custom court layouts including service lines and proper markings for each sport.
What's Smart Queue?
Smart Queue automatically creates balanced matches. It considers how long players have been waiting, how many games they've played, and their skill levels to create fair teams.
How do I add multiple players quickly?
Use the "Quick Add" feature to paste a list of names from WhatsApp, LINE, or any group chat. Names are detected automatically - just review and confirm.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel whenever you want, no questions asked. You'll keep your features until the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption and secure cloud storage. Your data is never shared with anyone.
